Constitution of Granderia
The Constitution of Granderia is the supreme law of India. The document lays down the framework that demarcates fundamental political code, structure, procedures, powers, and duties of government institutions and sets out fundamental rights, directive principles, and the duties of citizens. It was adopted by the State Regency Council of Granderia, the Provisional Government. The constitution replaced the Interim Constitution Decree, 2022 as the country's fundamental governing document, and the Provisional Government of Granderia became the Kingdom of Granderia.
The constitution declares India a sovereign, Tamil Hindu Absolute Monarchy based on Divine Right Theory, assures its citizens justice, equality, and liberty, and endeavours to promote fraternity. The King of Granderia personally drafted the constitution and passed it in the Senate and ratifed it.
