The constitution of Fryxilia governs Fryxilia. It was written by King Jaxon Wixx. The constitution of Fryxilia is as follows:

Preamble

I, Jaxon Wixx, the first king of Fryxilia, hereby compose this document for the purpose of bringing order to the micronation of Fryxilia.

Article 1: Concerning the Nobility of Fryxilia

Section 1

The Skull Ring royal heirloom

The Queen or King of Fryxilia holds total power over the nation. He/She can take any title of nobility away from anyone. He/She is also the only person who can make, change, or remove any law. He/She does not; however, hold the power to change anything written within this constitution, although he/she can add on to the constitution as long as the new amendment does not make any other part of the constitution obselete. The King or Queen shall choose his or her successor by passing the Skull Ring to him or her. Anything the Queen or King does should be done for the good of the kingdom. He/She holds the right to impose taxes upon the people.

Section 2

The Queen or King Mother and the Queen or King Father are second only to the King or Queen. If the King or Queen dies without an heir, the King or Queen Father becomes becomes King. If the King or Queen Father is dead, as well as the King or Queen with no heir, the King or Queen Mother becomes Queen.

Section 3

A prince or princess holds only the power the Queen or King grants them.

Section 4

There shall be one lord or lady over a plot of land. The size of this land they rule is determined by the King or Queen, with each lord or lady's domain differing in size. The lord or lady shall ask the Queen or King for advice before making a decision of any size for their domain. The Queen or King shall appoint these rulers. There shall be a minimum of three and a maximum of ten lords and/or ladies.

Section 5

The title of High Fryxilian is strictly a honorary title and holds no power. It can be awarded only by the King or Queen. It can be awarded for one of three reasons: honor in battle, honor in service to the King or Queen, or any other honorary reason.

Section 6

The title of Riceer ( ri-keer) holds no power. This is also the only title that can be bought. It can be purchased for a sum set by the King or Queen. This title supports the micronation.

Article 2: Concerning the Citizens and the Process of Becoming a Citizen of Fryxilia

Section 1

A citizen of Fryxilia has certain rights, which are:

  • Freedom of Speech
  • Freedom of the Press
  • Freedom of Religion
  • Right to Bear Arms
  • Right to Refusal of Quartering Soldiers
  • Right to Protection From Unreasonable Searches or Seizures
  • Right to Have a Lawyer
  • Right to Have a Jury
  • Right to Be Protected From Excessive Bail, Fines, or Punishments
  • Right to Know How the Government Is Run

Section 2

A citizen of Fryxilia must be human.

Section 3

To become a citizen, a person must pass a citizenship test and be approved by the King or Queen.

Section 4

Citizenship can not be refused on the grounds of the color of a person's skin, religion, or socio economic status.

Section 5

Citizenship can be refused on the grounds of a criminal record, betrayal of the King or Queen, or the person being dishonest.

Article 3: Concerning the Military of Fryxilia

Section 1

There shall be five divisions of the Fryxilian military: the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, the Fire Demon Corps, and the Darkling Corps.

Section 2

The Army shall consist of five subdivisions which are the Strikers, the Shooters, the Reserves, the Defense troops, and the Shock troops. The Shock troops attack first. The Shooters stand behind barricades and fire on the enemy. The Defense troops fire shots to cover the Shock and Shooter troops. The Strikers fire missiles. The Reserves are deployed only when needed desperately, as they are made up of the weakest soldiers.

Section 3

The Navy shall consist of soldiers on boats with guns. There shall also be several tiny mini boats to be floated on a lake.

Section 4

The Air Force shall consist of two subdivisions. The Fighter Jets subdivision shall consist of paper airplanes thrown from peoples' hands. The Anti-Aircraft gunners shoot down enemy planes.

Section 5

The Fire Demon Corps shall consist of the best soldiers from the Army, Navy, and Air Force. They are to be deployed only on missions of upmost importance.

Section 6

The Darkling Corps are the spies of Fryxilia. They must be sneaky, observant, and quick. They must also be handy with a knife. Finally, they must know Martial Arts to some extent.

Section 7

Each division of the military shall be lead by a general and each subdivision of each division shall be lead by a sergeant. The general of the Fire Demon Corps shall be known as the High General and is an advisor to the King or Queen in times of war. The High General oversees the whole military on behalf of the King or Queen.

Article 4: Concerning the King or Queen's Advisors

Section 1

The King or Queen shall have an advisory council made up of the King or Queen Mother, the Queen or King Father, three lords and/or ladies, two High Fryxilians, one Riceer, and the High General.

Section 2

When the King or Queen asks the council's advice, they shall vote on how to advise the King or Queen. They then advise the King or Queen as the majority thinks best.
