The Constitution of Carnovia (Czech: Ústava Krnovského knížectví) is the fundamental law of the Principality of Carnovia. It was adopted on 28 November 2021, it was enacted by prince Peter I of Carnovia. Constitution establishes the Carnovian Monarchy; lays out the role of the Courts; establishes the Princely Council; and defines the rights of Carnovia citizens, amongst other matters. It is a lengthy document and also the most important piece of legislation.

Preamble

We, the citizens of the Principality of Carnovia true to all the good traditions of the heating state determination to build, protect and improve the Principality of Carnovia in the spirit of the inviolable values ​​of human dignity and freedom as the homeland of equal, free citizens, who are aware of their obligations to the other and their responsibilities to the whole, as a free and democratic state based on respect for human rights and the principles of civil society, as part of a family of European and world democracies, Determined to guard and promote the inherited natural and cultural, material and spiritual wealth, Determined to abide by all proven principles of the rule of law, through our freely elected representatives, we accept this Constitution of the Principality of Carnovia.
