The Conservative Party is the oldest political party in the Portucale Republic. Ideologically the Conservative Party sits on the centre-right of the political spectrum.
History
Origins
The Party originated on 3 December 2021, founded by Colin of Portucale (the incumbent President of Portucale at the time).
Organisation
Party Structure
The Party's central body consists of a number of higher ranking members of the party and those who've been elected into the Government of Portucale.
Leadership
The Leader of the Party is the Monarch of Portucale but if the party is elected the Party Chairman takes the role of Prime Minister.
Membership
To gain membership of the party people may apply directly to join, as long as they have citizenship in Portucale.
