The party espouses the principles of liberalism and confederation. it generally sits at the centre to centre-left of the Cadieuxian political spectrum, with their rival, Le Rallye, positioned to their right . The party was described as "big tent", practising "brokerage politics", attracting support from a broad spectrum of voters.
