Introduction
The CPSU was created almost 1 year after the USAR .Originaly called "Peoples Party of th South Oceania" (PPSO) it had as a goal to help the General Secretary rule the (nowdays USAR) USSC. The party, strangely enough, used to provide access to any citizen but only 9 people joined into 2 years, until in 2022 access to the Party was changed to "via invitation from inside member only".
