Colonial Road 1, forms a ring around the coast of Whiskey Island. Formerly, this ring was split into three Baustralian Highway sections: Highway 38 along the north coast, 39 along the east and south coasts, and 40 along the west. These three highways were merged into one highway in March 2022. The route officially converges at HRD Whiskey Islands.
