Coburntown, sometimes called the City of Green due to the many plants dotted around the city, is the capital of the Republic of Pollock, and a national hub for science, art, and music. President William R. Coburn and Prime Minister John D. Coburn reside here, while the Grand Parliament of Pollock is seated here as well.
Subdivisions
Coburntown is divided into 6 boroughs, which are the President's Ward, Prime Minister's Ward, Evrolyn, Centle, Thendore, and Goldentown.
President's Ward
The President's Ward is the home of the president and the Brown Desk, which is the official seat of power. It overlooks the National Gardens, and the National Catalog is located here.
Prime Minister's Ward
The Prime Minister's Ward is the wealthiest of the boroughs; the prime minister resides here with his wife.
Evrolyn
Evrolyn is a poorer region of Coburntown, and also overlooks the National Gardens.
Centle
Centle is an industrial borough, and houses the public baths of Coburntown.
Thendore
Thendore overlooks the entrance to Coburntown and is situated next to the 1st Pollockian Army Base.
Goldentown
Goldentown is the center of commerce and art for Coburntown, and is also the largest borough. The Pollockian Chamber of Music is located on the far end of the borough. The National Gardens are also located on the border of Goldentown.
Culture
Coburntown is rich is culture; the National Gardens, Chamber of Music, and the National Catalog. Athletic competitions of most kinds take place in the Gray Plaza in Goldentown, where sword duels, ladder golf tournaments, and the traditional sport of Chicken Catching are staged.
