The year after his abdication as emperor, he founded the Kingdom of Algaria based on the school where King Carl I was also enrolled. His personal friend, Countess Stransal, was appointed the second Prime Minister of Algaria after a period of deputies. The Countess of Stransal was appointed Prime Minister by her predecessor, Clemens. The house of three people, including the Countess of Stransal, was annexed to Algaria as the province of Stransal. In Stransal Province, her father, Baron Transfall, was appointed governor, and Baroness Darran, was appointed president of the State Council.
