Church, King, and Nationality also known as the official ideology and Nationality or Chalybeism is the dominant royalist ideological doctrine of Austranthean King Charles I. The doctrine sought royal unity under the Roman Catholic religion and the absolute authority of the King, while suppressing ideas deemed too "destructive" to that of unity.
Components
The three components of Charles I's ideology were:
- Church: Roman Catholicism and the protection of the Roman Catholic Church
- King (or autocracy): unconditional loyalty to the House of Austranthium in return for paternalist protection for all social estates.
- Nationality: Another policy which aims to make those of the nationality more prosperous than that of others.
