The Chairman of Council of people's Commissars (Czech: Předseda Rady lidových komisařů, abbreviated Pře.RLK) is one of the two elected formal heads of state of the People's republic of Falknov. The Chairman is considered to be figurhead, but also to execute executive acts as he shares executive power with Council of people's Commissars and General secretary. Further powers are not specified and this understood that these two offices decide upon who should hold which power.
