Car 11157

Chicago and North Western 11157 is a bay-window type railroad caboose. It was located in the territory now owned by the Holy Republic of FRID for several years, and played a role in the early history of the HRF. The car was relocated by the Union Pacific Railroad and was last spotted in 2020 in Butler, Wisconsin. Early 2022, the Fridian Historical Society approved a recovery operation of 11157. The goal of the operation is to locate the car, purchase it from Union Pacific, and bring it back to HRF territory to be restored. Once restored, the car will become a museum open to the public.
