Colonial Road 1 is a major route in Cannifton, Bouland which runs from Ontario 37 to Putman Industrial Road. The highway generally travels in a north to south direction, and generally runs central through Cannifton. The route originally started at Casey Road to Colonial Road 2, it was extended to follow the routing of former Highway 54 to Ontario Highway 37, and assumed part of Colonial Road 2.
