Highway 14, or Morris Road, is a route in Marlborough, Newport. It terminates on both ends at Highway 15. It is named in honour of Jack Morris, 1st Viscount of Englewood. It was originally designated Highway 14 before briefly being designated as a business loop route of Highway 15. Highway 14 originally extended to Elm and King Streets, but this section was assumed by Highway 15.
