Balsiera
Balsiera, is the Unofficial Second National Personification of the Republic of Balzi after Riela; she represents the Republic's Independence, Liberty and Unity among the Separated. Balsiera is widely used in Balzian Political Cartoons and Propagandas. Balsiera first appeared as the President of Balzi, Carl Miguel Salgado Victa, to strengthen Balzian Nationalism. The President of Balzi asked the Artificial Intelligence launch the First Poster portraying Balsiera and the Balzian Flag. Because the painting is from the French Revolution, Balsiera is similar to France's Marianne.
Balsiera will be declare as the Second National Personification in the Senate to strengthen the Balzian Nationalism.
