The Emergency Provisional Government of Averna, simply the EPGA is a Averan Government Agency which specializes in when the President is absent or needs a break, the EPGA's president takes over but does not take the officall presidental title, but rather only can maintain internal affairs, not external affairs. The EPGA is the direct successor government to the orignal First Republic of Averan Government, which was never used during the Averno Split with the Republic of Avyanna and Taijana and Free State of New Manila.
Brief History
The EPGA's history starts on March 29 with the founding of the First Republic of Averna, which later collapsed shortly after the Averan Rename Events forming the Averan Government in Exile, and the states Avyanna and Taijana and Free State of New Manila.
(2022 - Feb 24 2023)
The Government in Exile later became the government of Averna forma short time before the "Retirment" of Grant Taylor putting Elizabeth Snowie Langley incharge of Averna making the Government into the EPGA.
The Emergency Provisional Government of Averna after that had adopted a logo with the symbol of that the second flag of the First Republic of Averna had in the Top left corner, which later the EPGA also came to use twice before changing its logo and some of its policys.
Abilities
The EPGA when in use manages internal affairs only of Averna, and can not invole its self in forigen relations because of the set of rules set for it by the Republic of Averna. But its Abilities in major event or war has permission to take control of forigen affairs, and its own private military called the Emergency Provisional People's Private Militia of Averna. When the president returns or what ever event ends, the EPGA goes back to a Inactive state as it does not get used often. The EPGA also will take the spot of the Vice President with the EPGA President in the event of the Vice President being gone, but the EPGA taking the spot of the vice president has never happened before.
Part of the EPGA's abilities is to also take minor postions through out the Averan government while it could be the National Assembally, Military, ETC, when it comes to these more minor postions the EPGA fills in the for National Assembally currently with the lack of personal.
Activations
The EPGA has only been actived and used two times in its existance during the:
- 2023 Averan Presidental Absence Event on the 16th of Feburary 2023 for a duration of 3 hours
- 2022 Averan Presidental Absence Event on the 27th of December 2022 until December 28, 2022 with a duration of 23 hours.
Minor Activations
- 2022-2023 Averan Personal National Assembally Shortage Event on the November 1, 2022 with a still on going duration to now.
