Structure
Organizational Roles
Lead Director
The Lead Director is a board of director with a couple exceptions. Its term lasts 6 weeks instead of 4 weeks. It will help assist in Board of Directors elections, to make sure everything remains fair. After the Lead Director's term it will be considered just a board of director and a vote will in-sue out for which board of director will be the Lead Director. If a Lead Director is not re-elected he we serve 2 more weeks as a normal director.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors are the leaders of AOM. Once elected they have 4 weeks until they lose their spot, and a re-election in-sues. It is possible to be elected again after a term. To be elected a Director you must be considered an Honored Member or experience in Employee. They are 10 Directors in the board.

Selected by Board of Directors to do tasks and help run departments.

Trusted members in the community voted by Board of Directors.
