麝香燃海自治公領(English: Archduke Dominion of Muschio-Marefiamma, Commonly known as 麝香公領, or MuschioMF) is a elective monarchy micronation, a confederation of East Asian states. It was established for the purpose of to resist several governments which have a contempt for and trample upon democracy, knowledge and scholarship, to reconstruct their policies and governmental structures, and also of to regain and secure Karafuto(South of Karafuto Island), the Chishima Islands and other territories of Japan.

Etymology

The part ≪麝香≫(Musk) of the proper part ≪麝香燃海≫ in ≪麝香燃海自治公領≫ is derived from the fact that the name of the Dominion originated from the Muschiosaal Archteilnahme≪麝香間祗候≫. The part ≪燃海≫(The Blazing Sea) of ≪麝香燃海≫ comes from the concept-title of Yokohama Triennale 2014: ≪華氏451の芸術：世界の中心には忘却の海がある≫("The Art of Fahrenheit 451: At the Center of the World is the Sea of Oblivion"). It is an expression of the will to prosper Knowledge and Scholarship as a resistance against the forgetting of Information and Knowledge. The name Fahrenheit 451 refers to the temperature at which paper (the main medium for recording information) spontaneously combusts, which is 451 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature, 451 degrees Fahrenheit, is also known as 451 degrees Fahrenheit in Ray Bradbury's book (science fiction novel) "Fahrenheit 451".

In addition, the "the Center of the World"≪世界の中心≫ in the concept-title is partly derived from the name of the alma mater of the founder of the Dominion, "Yashio"≪八潮≫(means More-and-more tides), which is also the origin of the phrase "Hakko iu"≪八紘為宇≫(means "Let's create a world that is like a home").

Principality

Parallel System of Troika(Triumvirate) and Tetrarka(Tetrarchs) is being determined. Four heads-of-state of Three Dominion Archdukes≪自治大公≫ and a Dominion Duke≪自治公≫ reigns equally as monarch.

• One of Dominion Archdukes, and Dominion Duke are subject to the Elective Monarchy, and the pair, elected from Archteilnahme between the ages of sixteen and forty, by Prince-electors, is inaugurated as them.
• A female member elected by the augury≪卜占≫ of the Emperor of Japan, from among the female members of the Imperial Family of Japan who are between the ages of sixteen and forty, is inaugurated as one of Dominion Archdukes.
• President of the Republic of China is inaugurated as one of Dominion Archdukes.

There are detailed age restrictions on Dominion Archduke who are elected from the female members of the Imperial Family, by the augury, as follows.

• If there are three or more female members under 25 years of age, Dominion Archduke shall be elected from female members under 25 years of age.
• If there are no more than three female members under the age of 25 and more than three female members under the age of 35, Dominion Archduke shall be elected from the female members under the age of 35.

And also, Dominion Archdukes and Dominion Duke, who has age restrictions at the time of inaugurating, shall abdicate when they have reached the age of forty-five.

Country System

System

Muschio-Marefiamma is consists as confederation of Archduke Dominion and Provinces. Province≪州≫ is the generic name of follows.

• Marqshair≪候領≫ or Graveshair≪伯領≫: Provinces conferred to Marquis and Graves as feudums. It acts as Territorial State.
• County≪地方(カウンティ)≫: It is the most common of the provinces. It acts as Crown Dependency.
• Land≪自治州(ラント)≫: It is the most common of the provinces. It acts as Constituent Country.
• Region≪地域圏(レジオン)≫ : Smaller and less extensive of the provinces. It acts as Autonomous Region.
• Realm≪準州(レルム)≫ : Provinces that is temporarily located in a remote area. It acts as Crown Dependency.

Like canada, throne of Muschio-Marefiamma is represented by both level of Dominion and Provinces, and Provinces have joint sovereignty with the Dominion Government.

The Provinces Currently

The Provinces currently in existence are as follows.

• GSK: Graveshair of Karafuto(樺太自由伯領)
• CNS: County of Northern Sakhalin(北樺太地方)
• CCI: County of Chishima Islands(千島列島地方)
• DRM: Democratic Realm of Manchuria(満州民主自治準州)
• OMRP/MRP: Orthodox Missionary Realm of Primorskaya(沿海特命準州)
• CRI: Conservation Region of Islands(諸島保全地域圏)

OMRP(Orthodox Missionary Realm of Primorskaya) was established on 26 February 2022, and the other provinces were established at the time of the founding of the Dominion.

Inside Independent States

There are two independent states in interior region of Muschio-Marefiamma, as follows.

• Cirwasam City State upon Marqdom of El-Ghazālah(エル=ガザ―ラ候領チリワサム市国)
  • Crown dependency of the Dominion, private domain of Marquis of El-Ghazālah, like Channel Islands, Isle of Mann, and Congo Free State.
• Sovereign Order of Divine-Slave ELutherius(聖隷エレウテリウス騎士団国)
  • Lay religious order of Evangelical Lutheran Church (in side of religious system) and under Muschio-Marefiamma (in side of noblesse system), and also sovereign entity like Sovereign Military Order of Malta.

Constitutional Basic Laws

The Constitution of Muschio-Marefiamma consists of four constitutional laws, Bill of Rights ≪権利章典≫, Government Forma Law ≪統治法典≫, Princely Household Law ≪公室典範≫ and March Declaration on Security ≪安全保障に関する3月宣言≫ , which set out the basic principles of state organisation and governance of the Archduke Dominion.

公領政府は、安全保障について以下のように宣言する。 一、国際紛争を解決する手段としての戦争及び武力の行使を放棄し、ただ自衛のための実力のみを保持する。 二、侵略からの抵抗のみを目的として常設武装を保有するが、これを超過するあらゆる戦力は、これを保持しない。 三、中立的な姿勢を旨とし、あらゆる軍事的同盟および軍事協定に加盟せず、またいかなる集団安全保障にも参加しない。 四、国権の発動たる交戦権は、これを認めない。 五、国際紛争解決する手段としての戦争の放棄及び中立的な姿勢の実施について、他の諸国家においても採択されることを希求し、これを達成するよう外交活動を実施する。 麝香2年3月2日 麝香間祗候筆頭 兼 公領政府臨時大総統　 佐藤陽花	Dominion Government declares, on security, as follows. The Dominion renounce war and use of military force as means of settling international disputes, and retains only force for self-defence. The Dominion retains permanent armament for the purpose of only resistance from aggression, but don't retain any military force of any kind in excess of this. This Dominion maintains neutral attitude and do not join any military alliances and military agreements, nor participate in any collective security arrangements. The right of belligerency of the Dominion will not be recognized.
