The Tsardom of Alykelskyy, more commonly known as Alykelskyy, is a micronation on The Boys Minecraft world... It was founded by Jacob on 2-1-2021. It is the fourth nation founded on The Boys Minecraft World. Alykelskyy was founded after President Kevin came to office for a second term occurring after the resignation of third President of Bielliana Jacob. President Kevin hired Jacob as the Admiral of the Navy, Jacob Received 9000 Biellian Marks for this hiring. Then President Kevin demanded the funds back, However Jacob had legal right to keep them. President Kevin the brought false charges against Jacob. Jacob in retaliation left Bielliana in order to create and form his own nation Alykelskyy.
Military
Bielliana's First military branch was the Navy. It was Created under the Administration of the Third Presidency otherwise known as the Premiership of Jacob. The Navy was Created as the Soviet Navy of Bielliana, due to Jacobs administration being Christian Communist and Jacob being the founder and leader of the CPB
