The Airman First Class (A1C) is the third enlisted rank in the Royal Blazdonian Air Force, above Airman and below Senior Airman.
Responsibilities
Airman First Class is an intermediate enlisted rank, and individuals in this rank are expected to have a higher level of experience and expertise compared to lower-ranked airmen. They may hold more specialized roles and responsibilities within their assigned units. Airman First Class are responsible for performing assigned duties, following orders, and assisting in the training and mentorship of junior airmen.
Rank Insignia and Uniform
The rank insignia of an Airman First Class features two chevrons pointing downward. The insignia is typically worn on the sleeves or collar of the uniform, depending on the type and style of the uniform.
Promotion and Advancement
Promotion to the rank of Airman First Class is based on a combination of factors, including time in service, successful completion of training programs, demonstrated skills and knowledge, and the recommendation of superiors. Airmen First Class who excel in their duties and show leadership potential may be eligible for promotion to the rank of Senior Airman.
