Gibson is unique as a county in Caudonia as it is divided into three 'parts' and a county borough. This is due to the immense size of the county compared to the other Caudonian Counties. The parts are recognised on a national level as municipalities, however, the parts are unorganised and only serve as a way to split the county down into further sections. Government house is a county borough and belongs to none of the parts to ensure the council has no bias.
Origin
This system is based off of the Parts of Lincolnshire used in the British county surrounding Gibson until 1974.
