Acuña-Tesar Empire is a micronation that borders the United States and France. It was founded by Aidan Acuña (Emperor Jesús ll) and currently headquartered in the Austin, Texas area. The Empire claims multiple places around Austin, Texas including Stephen F. Austin high school. The largest claim of land however is approximately 75 acres near Perry, Texas. Furthermore, it claims some parts of Verdun, France.
Etymology
The name of the Empire derives from the names of the two Royals. Acuña comes from the last name of Emperor Jesús ll and Tesar is the last name of his partner (Avery Tesar).
History
In April, 2019 the flag was created and through the Divine Right of God Aidan Acuña became Emperor, taking the name Jesús ll. throughout the year of 2019 territory was added to the empire with its newest addition being Stephen F. Austin high school. Although the full annexation isn't complete.
Government
The Acuña-Tesar Empire is a Constitutional Monarchy with a hereditary Monarch. The National Assembly is led by the Prime Minister and the Prime Minister is appointed by the Emperor .Compared to other Constitutional Monarchies the Acuña-Tesar Empire gives the power to accept/approve or veto actions or bills from the Assembly. For all the annexed territories there is a Viceroy who oversees the territory, but they must have permission from the Emperor to take any action.

Law and Order
The National Assembly acts as the Judiciary Branch and is responsible of making the laws and the punishments for those who break the laws. If one is charged for a crime there will be trial ran by the National Assembly to prove if the alleged is guilty or not. Although the final verdict will be reviewed by the Emperor along with the punishment given. The death penalty is legal in the Acuña-Tesar Empire and execution is done by Crucifixion.
Foreign Relations
The Acuña-Tesar Empire has yet tot be recognized by the United Nations or any other major government around the world. Both nations the Empire borders has yet to acknowledge the Acuña-Tesar and have stayed neutral. Because of the respect from the Bordering nations the Acuña-Tesar Empire accepts the United states and french currency. along with that the Empire allows all from the bordering nations to become dual citizens keeping both their nationalities.
Military
The Acuña-Tesar Empire has yet to engage with any foreign enemies, but they still keep a standing army. The "Ejército imperial" or Imperial Army is responsible for the defense of the empire and it's territories. the Acuña-Tesar Empire Expeditionary Forces (ATEEF) is responsible for armed conflicts outside the Empire, both are led by Supreme Commander Lilah Huwyler, an ethnic Italian. Because of the lack of international enemies and no tension with it's neighbors the Armed forces of the Acuña-Tesar Empire keep a small size.
Culture
Because of how new the Empire is the cultures that reside in it are from different nationalities.One of the most distinct being the Hispanic culture that originated from the population that was already living on the land. Emperor Jesús ll is also Hispanic so a lot of support is given to the Hispanic and Latino population in the Empire. The French/Creole population while small has gained much support because of the Empress's connection to the French culture. Although for the most part the culture is diverse because of the foreign population. The National Religion is Roman Catholicism because of the Emperor who is Catholic himself. Even though Roman Catholicism is the national religion, religious freedom is granted to all citizens with only one exception. Protestants who want to become citizens have to pay a mandatory one time tax.
