First time 100% have voted

For the first time in siplian history 100% of Sipleas voters have voted.

Rise of KELL

Kelly Willson the former head of the Tecnophonic party (2021) decided she wanted to stop the growing tension between the Spilian right and Left, a sentiment shared by many siplians. thus she started a new populist center party known as Kelly's Populists (Official Abrivation: KELL). The rise in the setniment led the Kell party to get the second most votes and essentially ensured thier second seat in the council wich they won over HomE by one vote.

Change In Party Dynamics

Due to the Kell paty holding two seats neither the Right (3 seats) Or the Left (2 Seats) holds a the majority of the seven seat council. Thus if a party on the right or left wants to pass any legislation they must not only gather support from parties on thier side of the political isle but now must also either work with a party on the opasite side or work with the Kell Party. This has put the Kell party in a politically advantageous position.
