2022 Forestrian government shutdown

The Government Shutdown of 2022 was a Decree signed by the Emperor of Forestria. It was then initiated the day after.

Result

This Order of Suspension stopped all activity to a standstill. This would delay the signing of the Decree of the Recognition of States as well as the creation of Amendment One of the Education System Act - 2022.

Text

Order of Suspension

On this most gracious day of Thursday, April Twenty-First, the Federal and Imperial Government will be suspended until such a time when the Government receives word to reopen.

Article One

The Federal Government shall be suspended and the Parliament shall be removed of its jobs, temporarily.

Article Two

The States and Imperial Cities may continue in their daily life.

Article Three

All allies shall be noticed of this suspension.

Article Four

Territories and Colonies shall be continued to be administered by the Emperor.
