The 1st Rheinwall parliamentary election was held on 16 September 2023, based on the new moon occuring at around that time. It was held in accordance with the constitution of Rheinwall and saw a turnout of 50%, which was, at the time, two people. The only party running was the Royalist Party of Rheinwall, who went on to having an absolute majority in parliament, by virtue of being the only party running and elected. Though the Parliament did get elected, it did not actually convene even a single time and was completely dormant. The 2nd Parliament of Rheinwall however saw a lot more activity.
