The Tsardom of Norcross is a micronation founded on 21 October 2020, by Tsar Robert B. Williams IV, after the collapse of the Republic of Williamsburg. The nation is located in upstate New York, USA, and consists of 5.68 acres and has a total population of 14 residents. The capital, Fort Yorktown, is located in Williamsburg and consists of .5 acres.
Government
The government of Norcross is an absolute monarchy, led by the Tsar. The Tsar also appoints ministers under him to take charge of different aspects of the country. The current ministers are the minister of defense, the minister of foreign relations, and the minister of domestic affairs. In order to become Tsar, the previous tsar must have added the person to the list of succession. The list of succession is created by each tsar and is a list of who would lead the nation if they became incapable of serving. Currently the list consists of three members. In order to be considered to be Tsar, the candidate must be, at least sixteen years of age, a male by birth, knowledge of policy and history of Norcross, and a candidate selected from the previous Tsar.
History
2020: The History of Norcross begins with the founding of the Republic of Williamsburg in March 2020 when Tsar Robert Williams IV declares independence from the Workers' Republic of Onontakeka and forms the Republic of Williamsburg. Williamsburg was mostly inactive and Tsar Robert believed that was due to the Senate of Onontakeka being largely inactive causing policy to not be passed. A few months later, Robert replaced the entire senate by holding elections to gain new members to the senate, however, once again it was inactive. During the time of the inactive senate, war was declared by Onontakeka in an attempt to claim lands owned by Williamsburg. In a matter of hours, Williamsburg surrendered and gave its claims to Onontakeka. In addition, Williamsburg was re-incorporated into Onontakeka. In October 2020, three rebels led by Robert Williams, including Dylan Lenart and Mattew Metrik, staged a coup in Onontakeka and gained independence forming the Republic of Norcross. For the rest of 2020, Norcross would be fairly inactive.
2021: In February 2021, Robert transformed the Republic, into the Tsardom of Norcross, where he would reign as Tsar. Former Onontakekan citizens joined him and he was crowned first Tsar of Norcross on 24 March 2021.
Tsar War
At 9:31 pm local time on 24 March 2021, Norcross received a declaration of war from Onontakeka, claiming that Norcross is the rightful property of Onontakeka. At 9:37 of the same evening, Tsar Robert gave what would be called the call to arms address.

Speeches
"To all my fellow Norcrossians, we must take up arms against the oppressors of Onontakeka. We shall stand our ground until there is no ground left to stand on. We will fight to defend our great nation until we breathe our last breaths, and we will fight until we cannot go on. Today, we are at war. I encourage you all to join the fight, this will not be an easy war, but if you love your country, you will talk to the minister of defense, and you will join the army. Today, we prepare, tomorrow we advance, and the next day, we conquer."
