Duties

The Prime Minister is the head of state for Neeburm. They are in charge of signing laws and bills drafted up by the Grand Council. They can either accept or decline these laws and bills. If a law/bill is accepted, it is passed. If it is declined, then the law/bill is discarded and the Grand Council cannot do anything to override this veto. The Prime Minister is also the head of all of the ministers, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defense, as well as the Secretary of State.
