The Kingdom of Sunland is a micronational Kingdom in south-east Sweden.

History

The Kingdom of Sunland was formed on the 10th of October 2019, and since then Sunland has grown massively. Sunland became a constitutional monarchy with direct democracy, meaning that, the King is the head of state and government but the King has restricted power. Decisions are made with the help of ministers elected by the people by voting. When King Max formed Sunland, he had a vision of a peaceful nation where everyone can walk around in harmony. So far, Sunland has succeeded to prevent conflicts of any kind.

Politics and government

Sunland is a constitutional monarchy with direct democracy, meaning that the King is the head of state and government, but the King has restricted power. Decisions are made with the help of ministers elected by the people and the use of a voting system.

The Military is divided into these different branches:

  • The Army & The Kings Royal Hussars (the oldest).

The currency is the Sunlandic Crown. 1 Sunlandic Crown is around 10 Swedish Krona or 1 Euro/16 Zar.

The capital is Sunby. Sunby is famous for its beautiful landscape.

Cities

Sunby, Sunwia, Maxwia, except the cities & villages. Sunland has claimed many islands. Most (if not all) are located close to the capital of Sunby.
