Imperial Flag Crisis

The Imperial Flag Crisis was a crisis which affected the first legislation of the Aspen Empire. During this time, a flag had been proposed by the emperor, but objections to this flag were raised by the chancellor of the council. Amid these objections, a new flag was designed, but failed to get approval from the emperor.
