His Majesty's Prison Service (HMPS) (or Her Majesty's Prison Service in the reign of a queen regant) is the Wellmoorean Government Agency currently responsible for working in accordance with the Ministry of Justice in ensuring that those issued punishments (typically removal of citizenship) are carried out. This will change to be more fitting for the agency's name once Wellmoore has a land claim that it may operate on.

The Chief of Staff is the administrator of the Prison Service. The Chief of Staff reports to the Minister of Justice and works closely to the Ministry of Justice.
