The Principality of Gerseland, often referred to Gerseland, or simply, Gerse, was a micronation located in North America. Gerseland was founded on the 6 May 2021 and was created in response to then current events in the United States of America. Gerseland consisted of 6 Counties and 2 Provinces with 3 Counties in each Province. The counties were Sersny, Antarni, Gonaghen, Garmagh, Ryantown and Baghton. The provinces were as Shermenagh, and Jacobsen. Gerse started drafting its constitution on 29 October 2021.
Gerse had 3 Branches of government, Legislative, Executive and Judicial. Gerse started with a governor for each county, each county governor form a committee which forms a province. For example: the Committee of Shermenagh. Each province had a form of supreme court each having 3 Justices. When the Committee did actions or whatever, the Justices checked the constitutionality of that action or order given out. The main Judicial Branch of Gerse headquartered in Ryantown's main job was to interpret actions, orders and laws put in place by the other 2 branches and to settle territorial disputes and disputes about the constitutionality of some things. The Executive branch headquartered in Ryantown's main job was to enforce laws and carry out executive orders and other things listed in the constitution of Gerse. In the executive branch there was the Prime Minister > Deputy Prime Minister and the Royal Family. The Royal Family checked the power of the ones above and checked in with the nation and other things and did some charitable work. The Legislative branch had the main power in the government and got checked by the Judicial and checked the Executive.
Gerse was trying to open up ties with the Micronational Community to become a fully recognised micronation. Gerse operated the Micronational Accords Union (MAU). Gerse's borders were not open and only certain people were allowed to enter the Geographical Area of Gerse which was about 0.1-0.3 of an Acre. When the borders were open or if they opened, no passport was required but Gerse's Geographical Borders remained not open.
Flag
The Flag of Gerse is a white rectangle with a blue line going vertically down the middle and a horizontal blue line going through the middle as well. In all 4 corners there is the main symbol of Gerse, The symbol simply means "Gerse." They are also blue. All blue colors have the same HEX color of #232F43.
Etymology
The Etymology of the name "Gerse" has come from a single person. The persons name will not be shown as of now. "Gerse" is basically a full 3 word name put together into a single word. Gerseland means "Land of the Gersecs". Gerse currently has 2 names and you can use either one, they are: Gerse, and Gerseland. The is the Gersec people which is basically the family of the founder of Gerseland/Gerse.
History
Gerseland was founded on the 6 May 2021 and was created in response to multiple events going on in the United States of America. Events like pretty much near a Second Civil War and not as much freedom as promised as well as the problem with American Politics.

Law and order
According to the Constitution, everyone has the right to a free and fair trial with the right to an attorney if requested. As well as the jury must be made up of where they committed the crime or near where it was committed. No one should be biased towards or against the defendent. (The Judicial System is pretty much the same as in the United States of America). Since there is no military the police pretty much are the military. They keep the peace and defend the citizens incase of an attack.

Administrative regions
Gerse consists of 6 Counties and 2 Provinces with 3 Counties in each Province. The current counties are as follows: Sersny, Antarni, Gonaghen, Garmagh, Ryantown and Baghton. The current provinces are as follows: Shermenagh, and Jacobsen.
Geography & Climate
The current area claimed by Gerse is in the US State of Michigan. In the UP or the LP or both (Exact Area Not Given). The Climate consists of Very Hot Summers and Very Cold Winters with a perfect mix in Spring and the Fall. The geography is mainly Birch forest or another type of forest and on the coast of the lakes so there may be some dunes and beach grass.
Economy
The Economy consists of local cherry farms as well as bakeries and resturants and the economy of Gerse hangs around the food district as well as services and farming. There is currently No exporting of goods because this is not a real nation yet, hopefully it could become one.
Culture
Gerse pretty much has the same customs and stuff as West/North Michigan as well as the entire south. One sport we have is Sobavo Ball, you basically use a tennis court, one team on one side and the other on the other side. Each player uses their hands to hit the ball over the net. They use a volley ball. When the ball goes over the net it much touch the ground then someone is allowed to hit it over again. Your also allowed to use anything on your body to hit it over. You are also allowed to use both hands to hit back to the other side of the court but your not allowed to grab or just throw it.
In Gerse we have free education and try to install the Finnish Education System to try to be the best. The main language of Gerse is English. Gerseland has cultural food like a Gaschtbes Sandwich or a Krbage Drink. Gerselandic citizens also enjoy bull riding, American Football, Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Tennis, and Baseball.
