Fontaineblanche, officially the Principality of Fontaineblanche (French: Principauté de Fontaineblanche) is a landlocked sovereign state in north-western Europe and the Southeastern region of the United States of America.


The Principality is a semi-constitutional monarchy headed by the Prince of Fontaineblanche.

Fontaineblanche is divided into 4 districts, each named after the macronational county or state they are primarily bordered by.

The Offaly and Wicklow districts are bordered entirely by the Republic of Ireland. The Tipperary district is bordered by Vouzensel to the north-west, Laoskraine to the south-west and the Republic of Ireland to the south-east and north-east. The Florida district is bordered by Vouzensel to the north and the United States of America to the east, south and west.

Fontaineblanche has a strong financial sector and is considered a tax haven for citizens and companies of countries that have signed and ratified the Fontaineblanche Banking Agreement.

History

Fontaineblanche was established by Fionn on 8 August 2021.

On 10 August 2021, the Fontaineblanche Banking Agreement was signed in the Principality.

On 11 August 2021, it was decided by Prince Fionn that Fontaineblanche would become a tax haven for citizens and companies of signatory states of the Fontaineblanche Banking Agreement. All taxes within Fontaineblanche were abolished later that day.

Politics

Fontaineblanche has a monarch as Head of State, and an elected Parliament that enacts the law.

The Prince of Fontaineblanche exercises the powers of Parliament in an acting capacity after a dissolution of Parliament.

The reigning Prince of Fontaineblanche is the Head of State and is responsible for representing Fontaineblanche in its foreign affairs.

Prince of Fontaineblanche

The Prince of Fontaineblanche is the Head of State and has the power to veto laws passed by Parliament, dissolve Parliament, appoint the Princely Cabinet and is responsible for representing Fontaineblanche in its foreign affairs. After a dissolution of Parliament, the Prince assumes the powers generally vested in Parliament until a new Parliament has been elected.

The Princely Cabinet is appointed by the Prince and consists of the :

Parliament

The Parliament of Fontaineblanche is elected every 2 years by the Citizens of the Principality. Parliament has the authority to enact laws, which are subject to princely veto.

Foreign affairs

The Prince represents Fontaineblanche in its foreign affairs, generally through ambassadors employed under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Economy

The Economy of Fontaineblanche is largely reliant on its financial sector.

It is the only signatory state of the Fontaineblanche Banking Agreement that has abolished all taxes and is therefore considered a tax haven for citizens of other signatory states to the agreement.

Fontaineblanche is additionally the only signatory state to the Fontaineblanche Banking Agreement that allows numbered bank accounts.

Banking secrecy is an important factor of the banking sector and any banking institution which so much as admits that a particular individual or company has an account with them could face a penalty of up to 500,000 Fontaines.
