The Kingdom of Exordia, commonly known as Exordia, is an unrecognised sovereign state, commonly referred to as a Micronation unofficially, located within the historic irish province of Ulster. Exordia comprises of four territorial entities all bordering the United Kingdom
Exordia was founded on 21 October 2024 with Seán O'Neill proclaiming himself as the King of Exordia as Iohannes I pledging to rule as a constitutional monarch.
According to Exordian law and custom, Exordia is governed as a constitutional monarchy working within the framework of a parliamentary democracy. The executive branch comprises the State Council and it's executive committee, the cabinet which is headed by the prime minister who must command the confidence of the Coimíni. The legislative branch comprises of the Comhairle, the Exordian parliament which comprises of two houses. The upper house of the legislature is the Seanóirí comprising of the Seanóirs, who are the peers of the realm and the Monarch. The lower house of the legislature is the Coimíni dTosaithe|Coimíni comprising of Comhairleoirí elected from the constituencies of the Kingdom.
Etymology
The word Exordia is the plural form of the Latin word Exordium meaning the "Beginning". Representing the relative youth of the state. The Irish variation of the state's name, Tosaithe comes from a similar etymological origin although can more correctly translate as "the Started".
History
Kingdom’s Founding
The Kingdom of Exordia was officially founded on October 21st, 2024, by a royal proclamation from the Exordian King, Iohannes I. Along with this royal proclamation, five others were made in the following week. These five royal proclamations created the basis of the Exordian government: the State Council, Comhairle, and various government positions, including the Secretary of State for Internal Affairs and its first holder, Patreyk Narjid.
The next step in Exordia’s founding was the Elections Order 2024, enacted by the Council of State. This order organised the Kingdom into electoral divisions, known as ridings. Being irrespective of location, the Ridings formed by this order were two Burghs: Neilston North and Neilston South, and three Shires: New Antrim, Talmh Soar, and Bladon, all with equal sway in elections.
The Elections Order 2024, along with the formation of the Kingdom’s election system, followed suit by a call for election on November 3rd, 2024. On November 8, 2024: the ballots for the 2024 election were opened and two days later, the First Government of Exordia was introduced into service.
1st Comhairle of Exordia
The 1st Comhairle was officiated by the crown, King Iohannes I, on November 10th. The Majority, holding 71% of the Comhairle’s seats, is the Rhinoceros Party part of Exordia, and their party head, the Right Honourable Based Baddie, became the 1st Prime Minister of Exorida.

Exordia operates as a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy.
The Crown
Iohannes I is the current monarch and head of state. As monarch Iohannes I is the legal source of all authority within the Kingdom granting authority to the Comhairle and his ministers.
State Council
The State Council, formally His Majesty's Most Excellent Council of State, advises the Monarch on the exercise of their executive authority. The State Council comprises of state councillors appointed by the Monarch. All ministers are members of the State Council and all state councillors are entitled to the style of Right Honourable.
Prime minister
The prime minister is the head of government of the Kingdom of Exordia. The prime minister advises the Monarch on the exercise of their authority, chairs and leads the cabinet and is involved with the work of each ministry. The prime minister must command the confidence of the Coimíni dTosaithe.
Cabinet
The cabinet is the executive committee of the State Council, comprising of all the ministers of state. The cabinet is chaired by the prime minister.
Comhairle
The Comhairle is the supreme legislative authority of the Kingdom of Exordia. The Comhairle comprises two houses, the Seanóirí and the Coimíni
Seanóirí
The upper house of the Comhairle, the Seanóirí, comprises the Monarch and the Peers of the Realm. The Seanóirí additionally exercise judicial authority within Exordia.
Coimíni dTosaithe
The lower house of the Comhairle, the Coimíni dTosaithe comprises of elected representatives, Comhairleoirí who are due to be elected before January 2025.

Foreign relations of Exordia is administered by the Monarch.
