Recognizing the need for a robust government, the Supreme General, acting as the head of government, instituted a Military Junta. Simultaneously, the Military Congress focused on cultivating the Micronation's image, identifying it by the name: Muskobia. Governed initially by a dictatorship, the administrative structure comprised a Supreme General, Generals, and Captains as the primary authorities, operating without a formal constitution. On March 5, the Supreme General formally declared the establishment of the Authoritarian Micronation, now known as the State of Muskobia. This proclamation, enthusiastically received by the crowd, solidified the official ownership of the land by the Muskobian People under the protection of the Supreme Government.
