History
Chernogorsk was established on October 21st, 2021, the same day that the Rusilkian Federation was established. Chernogorsk is the capital of Rusilkia, with a population of 12. 2023 Rusilkian Constitutional Crisis
The 2023 Rusilkian Constitutional Crisis was a conflict that took place in Chernogorsk, Rusilkia on May 6th, 2023. During the conflict, riots were happening in Chernogorsk which was caused by an anti-democratic monarchist terrorist group known as the United Commonwealth. These riots were eventually put down by the Rusilkian National Police.
