The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cristoria (German: Premierminister des Königreichs Cristoria), more commonly referred to as simply MP or the Prime Minister of Cristoria is the head of government of the Kingdom of Cristoria. In Article One, Section Two of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cristoria, the abilities and limits of the prime minister are elaborated.

Constitutional responsibilities and powers

The prime minister is constitutionally responsible for a myriad of topics in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cristoria.

Appointment of a cabinet

The prime minister may appoint his or her own cabinet^[b] to assist with the governmental process the prime minister will undertake during his or her five years of being the prime minister.

Voice foreign policy

The prime minister also exercises the ability to enforce the Foreigh Policy of the Kingdom of Cristoria when necessary and is given the ability to act as the Minister of Foreign Affairs if said position is vacant or the minister is unavailable.

Miscellaneous powers

Some powers that are not mentioned in the constitution exclusively may still be active powers of the prime minister, which is a debatable topic for a parliamentary session.

Elections

Election policy for prime minister in accordance to the constitution goes as follows:

• Minimum age of 16 (may be changed at the discretion of the Monarch and Parliament).
• Must have been a registered Cristorian citizen for at least two years.
• Must be born in North America.
• Mustn’t have criminal charges, terroristic affiliations, and must obey Cristorian law and custom.
• Must pledge allegiance to the Cristorian crown and the Cristorian government.
• Must be politically affiliated.

The prime minister is an elected executive offical by Cristorians who are inhabitants of the electoral districts^[c] of the Kingdom of Cristoria.

Elections take place every five years and last a total of five days, beginning on the fifteenth of the month it falls on and ends on the twentieth of the same month.
