Cristoria, officially Kingdom of Cristoria, is a micronation located within North America, specifically Toledo, Ohio, United States. The micronation was originally founded by Christopher I, the first monarch, on 6 August 2021, by declaring independence from the United States. On 23 December 2022, the Kingdom of Cristoria was briefly dissolved and unofficially superseded by the Republic of Cristoria for a total of almost eight months until 30 September 2023, when the Socialist Republic of Cristoria was formally dissolved. On 28 October 2023, the Kingdom of Cristoria was reestablished for the first time, however wielding a constitution opposed to being an absolute monarchy similarly to its predecessor. On 21 November 2023, the Kingdom of Cristoria dissolved for a second time, until 24 January 2024, a short two months, when the Kingdom of Cristoria was established for a third time whilst still weilding the constitution that was written in October 2023. The Kingdom of Cristoria has no official maritime borders, as the micronation is primarily located in the inland portion of the Great Lakes. The capital of the Kingdom of Cristoria is New Toledo, which is named after the American Toledo, Ohio.
History
Pre-European colonization
The lands of what became the Kingdom of Cristoria[b] were originally inhabited by Native Americans, which included the people of Wyandot and the Council of Three Fires which was primarily comprised of the Ojibwe, Pottawatomie, and the Odawa people. These tribes collectively lived alongside eachother on the rivers of Northwest Ohio.[2]
European colonization
European activity in the region goes back as far as 1615, when Etienne Brule, one of Samuel de Champlain's scouts, spotted the Erie people, a Native American tribe. By the year 1689, the region had been claimed in the name of Louis XIV by René-Robert Cavelier and was incorporated into New France. As a result, French trading posts were established in the Maumee Valley.[3] Following the French and Indian War and the signing of the Treaty of Paris of 1763, the lands of New France east of the Mississippi River were ceded to Great Britain.[4]
Following the American victory in the American Revolutionary War and the defeat of w:Great Britain, Britain ceded most of the lands they occupied to the newly formed United States aside from the Province of Quebec after the signing of the Treaty of Paris of 1783.[5] As a result, the Northwest Territory was established under the Northwest Ordinance on 13 July 1787.[6]
On 19 February 1803, then U.S. President Thomas Jefferson approved the boundaries and constitution for the 17th state to be admitted into the Union, Ohio.[7]
Founding of Toledo
Toledo, a crucial piece of history in relevance to the Kingdom of Cristoria, was originally a city on the Maumee River in the Michigan Territory in the year 1833. However, in the years 1835–1836, Ohio also claimed to own the city and the surrounding territories. Conflicting legislation was passed between the early 1800s and the mid-1830s due to poor geographical understandings of the Great Lakes. As a result of the disputed claims, the Toledo War began, ending in the Michigan Territory gaining the Upper Peninsula at the expense of the Toledo Strip.[8] On 14 December 1836, the Toledo War came to an unofficial and abrupt end at a convention in Ann Arbor, Michigan. However, a month later on 26 January 1837, Michigan was admitted to the United States as an official state, however with the entirety of the Upper Peninsula and not the Toledo Strip, implying the Toledo War had ended.[9]
Establishment
During the rise of monarchism in Cristoria following the Battle of New Toledo and evidently proving anarchism was a failure for Cristoria, former leader Christopher proceeded with his idea of establishing an imperial state and thus established the Empire of Cristoria on an undocumented date in February 2021. For the first few months under the new Empire, things were very successful under the leadership of Emperor Christopher I. In March 2021, Christopher I began the unrealistic expansion of the Empire of Cristoria, going as far as saying that the entirety of Eastern Toledo was under Cristorian authority. For months, Emperor Christopher I was seemingly fine with the amount of land Cristoria had falsely obtained until late July 2021. After the realization of the fact that a majority of the inhabitants of the claimed land didn't recognize Cristorian authority, Christopher I ceded the lands he had claimed back to the United States. During the ensuing days following the cession of the lands, the Empire of Cristoria was dissolved on 4 August 2021 and the imperial government resigned.
Reconstruction Era
On 6 August 2021, following the collapse of the Empire of Cristoria and resignation of the imperial government, the Superior Governing Board of Cristoria (SGBC)[c] established a new kingdom that would "last forever", according to a delegate. The new kingdom, having its role as monarch vacant for almost three and a half months, finally seen its first monarch on 11 November 2021, at the coronation of Christopher I. Under Christopher I's leadership, the Kingdom of Cristoria made significant progress on being intermicronationally known through using platforms such as TikTok and Reddit to advertise the kingdom.
Contention Era
The Kingdom of Cristoria was at peace since its initial establishment until the months of June–May 2022, when two sectors of a subcommunity of micronations began clashing with the Kingdom of Cristoria. Due to the rising tensions, the Kingdom of Cristoria established the Syndicate Nations of Prosperity, an alliance originally dedicated to dismantling Gorthalism and preserving intermicronational peace[d]. Following the establishment of the Syndicate Nations of Prosperity, the Kingdom of Cristoria engaged in cyberwarfare with the Kingdom of Huntia and the Gorthian Federation simultaneously, thus beginning the Cristoro-Huntian Cold War and the War on Gorthalism. In August 2022, the Kingdom of Cristoria successfully defeated the Kingdom of Huntia with the surrender of King Cammy I and former Huntian governmental members. Although the Kingdom of Cristoria was victorious on the Huntian front, the Gorthian front was declared inconclusive, as the two states entered a period of peace following the collapse of the Kingdom of Huntia and never officially signed a treaty resulting in the end of the War on Gorthalism.
Tranquility Era
Following the two cyberwars, Cristoria entered a period of peace with the subcommunity of micronations that formerly disliked the ideals Cristoria represented. As a result, massive amounts of progress were made possible and the Kingdom of Cristoria was rapidly growing. During this peace period, the State of Saturnia was founded on 6 November 2022, the Kingdom of Cristoria joined the Congress of Ohio Micronations, and Cristoria maintained healthy relations with surrounding nations. In addition, Cristoria made its debut on MicroWiki in September 2022, being one of the first to do so from the subcommunity of micronations Cristoria was previously at war with. To prove that Cristoria was at peace and wanted nothing to do with direct conflicts with foreign micronations, Cristoria observed the Gortho–Scythian Conflict instead of getting directly involved. Aside from being a very minor participant in the Turtle Island dispute, Cristoria remained relatively peaceful and pacifist during the Tranquility Era. On 23 December 2022, however after apparent "decline", the Kingdom of Cristoria was formally dissolved for the first time. The micronation community responded with the mourning of the kingdom, as it was a relatively hard hitting event for some micronations such as the former Socialist Republic of Hoku and the Syndicate Nations of Prosperity. Many micronations, even Gorthia, mourned the loss of the Kingdom of Cristoria.
Republic of Cristoria (2023)
On 1 January 2023, ex-King Christopher I established a new micronation through declaring independence from the United States. This micronation would become widely known as the Republic of Cristoria, largely considered to be one of the most successful renditions of Cristoria, aside from the Kingdom of Cristoria's 2021 realm.
The Republic of Cristoria proved to be the first official organized rendition of Cristoria as it had an official constitution and declaration of independence, proving vital to Cristorian influence on the intermicronational stage.[10]
Operation: Blazing Glory
On 28 January 2023, the legislature of the Republic of Cristoria, the Congress of Cristoria, carried out the biggest cyber-operation in Cristorian history at the time. The operation began at 9:10 P.M. wherein "ROCN-28", a Discord bot made by the Cristorian government to destroy servers, decimated the server belonging to Gorthia, marking the beginnings of the Second War on Gorthalism.
Socialist Republic of Cristoria
In February 2023, the Republic of Cristoria would join the United Socialist Republics for a brief period. As a result, Cristoria began adhering to socialism, with Christopher P. decreeing the country's suffix to be changed to "Socialist Republic of" opposed to "Republic of". In addition, the flag was also changed. Cristoria remained in the United Socialist Republics until declaring independence "illegally" on 21 February 2023, resulting in Christopher P., the President of the Republic of Cristoria, being doxxed by an Almendrian official by the name of Johann, who used lack luster doxxing methods such as searching names on Google and Facebook, which did not affect Christopher P. personally.
In the months of April–June 2023, the Socialist Republic of Cristoria saw unprecedented amounts of progress. Unseen amounts of legislation were being passed, monthly surveys were released to check the happiness levels of the state of the Cristorian government[e] and Cristoria's sphere of influence grew drastically as it surpassed Gorthia in influence. Cristoria had a grip on the subcommunity of micronations it had resided in since mid-2022.
In September 2023, the Socialist Republic of Cristoria was formally dissolved due to "economic issues". As a result, President Christopher and his secretary resigned and the nation was considered dissolved. Many mourned the loss of the Socialist Republic of Cristoria, however, Christopher P. had teased that something was to "emerge in the dust left by the Socialist Republic of Cristoria". During an announcement made by Christopher P. on 28 October 2023, it was revealed that the Kingdom of Cristoria would inevitably return.
Cristorian Renaissance
Almost a year later after the collapse of the kingdom, following the collapse of the Socialist Republic of Cristoria, ex-Christopher I wrote a declaration of reestablishment[1] and a constitution that would reinstate the Kingdom of Cristoria. As a result, on 28 October 2023, Christopher I was rethroned as monarch and the once lost Kingdom of Cristoria was revived. To break the trend of absolute monarchies governing renditions of Cristoria, the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cristoria was written and was enacted as the highest official law in the Kingdom of Cristoria.
Commune of Cristoria
On 22 November 2023, the Kingdom of Cristoria was temporarily dissolved once more to give an anarchist state one last try. As a result, in a speech made by Christopher I, the Commune of Cristoria was established:

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMMUNE OF CRISTORIA (officially; Communal Settlement of Cristoria [or Commune of Cristoria])
Ever since the Cristorian abandonment of filthy and blood-stained communism [and socialism], I have been lost as to we were destined for.
Our monarchy is inherently good and has always remained as such, however I think that a government-ran Cristoria is something of the past, and that we must attempt to return to how Cristoria started, an anarchist settlement.
We believe that the spread of Anarchism in North America is an obligation for a truly free society.
With the addition of such a massive change to Cristorian society, this [Discord] server will be under severe construction soon.
I will begin writing a book(ish) on what our plans and intentions are and how we will go about an Anarchist society.
The Monarchy will be abolished once again and we will go back to the TRUE WAY CRISTORIA WAS IN INITIALLY MEANT TO BE!
I'm still brainstorming so this change will be slow, I plan to finish it by the time Christmas goes around.
In addition to making an Ideological change to Cristoria, the flag was also changed and without wasting time, an anarchist flag that was depicted to be a diagonally bisected royal blue and black flag, was deemed to be the official flag alongside the Blue Banner.
The Anarchist Resistance (TAR)
Under the Commune of Cristoria, small Cristorian activist organizations were founded such as The Anarchist Resistance (TAR). The Anarchist Resistance, established as a result of disagreements between Christopher and the "Coalition", a micronational organization headed by the Sovereign State of Ridgeland, was a vital organization in the "Almendrian emergency". Although disagreements were present, TAR and the Coalition worked alongside each other, although simultaneously shielding information and intel each organization obtained. On 29 November 2023, TAR launched its first cyberattack on the United Socialist Republics as a "test" to begin exploring what the resources they had were capable of. As a result, TAR targeted "AlmChat", a custom made platform utilized by United Socialist Republics personnel and patrons.
On 3 December 2023, despite being already established, The Anarchist Resistance dropped out of helping the Coalition and waged conflict against the United Nations Envoy Micronations (UNEM), otherwise known as the United New England Micronations.[12] Although the conflict was resolved quickly, The Anarchist Resistance furthermore refused to entirely assist the Coalition.
On 10 December 2023, The Anarchist Resistance released what was called the "Cristorian circle", which was essentially just a string of upton anarchist philosophies that TAR and the Commune of Cristoria collectively adhered to.
On 16 December 2023, The Anarchist Resistance launched its final attack on the United Socialist Republics before merging with the Central Cristorian Spy Agency. Therefore, at approximately 4:10 PM (EST) on 16 December 2023, The Anarchist Resistance "beamed" the server of the United Socialist Republics' (then) newest website, "AlmMart". The attack was deemed successful and The Anarchist Resistance de facto ceased its attacks on the United Socialist Republics as, although they were crucial and hard-hitting, a "waste of time and resources".
Republic of Cristoria (2024)
On 1 January 2024, the Socialist Republic of Cristoria was formally reinstated with all former bills and its constitution effective. Within the first few weeks under the revival of the Socialist Republic of Cristoria, many aspects regarding socialism were repelled and restricted by law to begin decommunization in Cristoria, via the National Reconstructure Act of January 2024.[13]
Operation: Gray Vanguard
On 21 January 2024, a major cyber-military operation was carried out by the Central Cristorian Spy Agency on behalf of the Republic of Cristoria which was similar to Operation: Blazing Glory, which consisted of the second bombardment of the Gorthian Discord communication hub via a nukebot similar to ROCN-28, however named ROCN-21, signifying that the date of the operation was on the 21st of January.
Following Operation: Gray Vanguard, the unofficial "War on Gorthia" began. The war was never intermicronationally recognized as the Cristorian government disbanded the idea of declaring total war on the Federal Dynasty of Gorthia as HM Christopher I claimed "we had done enough damage" and instead targeted the Discord communication hub of the Seigneurie and Kalerania, both of which were successfully nuked in the pursuing days following Operation: Gray Vanguard.
On 24 January 2024 however, the Republic of Cristoria, proving to be unstable and unreliable as it was previously, was indefinitely dissolved and superseded by the Kingdom of Cristoria via reinstatement.
Second Cristorian Renaissance
During the beginnings of Operation: Gray Vanguard, the Kingdom of Cristoria was refounded for a third and indefinite time. The Kingdom of Cristoria wielded the same October 2023 Constitution as it previously had wielded months prior. During the renaissance, monarchist ideals were reborn and crucial government assests such as the monarchy of Cristoria, House of Sanctuarium, and parliament were refloated.
Politics and government
The Kingdom of Cristoria is a blend of a constitutional monarchy, absolute monarchy, and a representative democracy whilst simultaneously following a constitution[14], thus making the micronation a semi-constitutional monarchy. Following the very pleasing democratic process that was practiced under the Republic of Cristoria, Christopher I decided to bring these values to the Kingdom of Cristoria in high hopes that it would yield great results.
Parliament
The legislature of the Kingdom of Cristoria is a bicameral Parliament. The Parliament, which consists of two houses, the House of Scribes and the House of Missiones, each with 40 seats, is the branch that have the ability to (but not limited to) propose bills, laws, policy changes, and insignia changes.
The Parliament of Cristoria has the constitutional ability to (but also not limited to):
• Borrow money from the Ministry of the Treasury, under the direct discretion of both the Minister of the Treasury and the Prime Minister.
• Regulate social dealings with foreign countries with signs of mutual cooperation and in accordance with Cristorian foreign policy.
• Declare war when necessary, such as in the event of a foreign invasion of the Cristorian homeland or abroad.
• Provide an armed military, including an Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and any other armed force deemed necessary.
• Propose treaties or alliances with other countries.
Speaker of Parliament
In the Cristorian Parliament, the Speaker holds maximum power. The Speaker’s responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Coordinating Parliamentary debates when the Prime Minister and the Monarch are absent.
• Fostering a sense of unity within the Cristorian Parliament.
• Overseeing the Parliamentary process to ensure that treason or unconstitutional acts are not taking place.
• Regulating procedures.
• Fostering high levels of multiparty communication and equal opportunity to prevent political bias within Parliament.
• Maintaining communication between the government, the crown, and the public to make Parliament a more inclusive and effective body within the Cristorian government.
House of Scribes
The lower chamber of the Parliament is the House of Scribes, which composes of forty members who are elected every 12 months. The House of Scribes exercises the ability to propose legislation, motions, bills, approve budgets, impeach the Prime Minister after getting two thirds of parliamentary approval, and can directly oversee other governmental agencies within the Cristorian government.
House of Missiones
The upper chamber of the parliament is the House of Missiones, which, similarly to the House of Scribes, has forty members that are elected every 12 months. However, the House of Missiones is composed of representatives from states within the Kingdom of Cristoria. The House of Missiones has the ability to vote on legislative matters such as amendments to the constitution, review legislation passed down by the House of Scribes, and to represent electoral interest from the Cristorian people.
Territories, geography, and climate
Due to the nature of being a micronation, Cristoria lacks geographical magnitude. The only primary territories owned by the Cristorian government are Saturnia and New Toledo. Saturnia and New Toledo unified form the "Cristorian Pact" and the Kingdom of Cristoria respectively.
New Toledo
New Toledo is the oldest state in the Kingdom of Cristoria, being founded on 6 June 2020 alongside Free State of Cristoria. Historically, New Toledo has been the capital of every Cristorian rendition. In December 2020, during the only battle on Cristorian land, more commonly known as the Battle of New Toledo, New Toledo was unsuccessfully attacked by a sole robber who entered the capital illegally, who was also detained quickly. In addition to serving as the capital, New Toledo is the headquarters to all governmental agencies and the Syndicate Nations of Prosperity, an intermicronational alliance founded by the Kingdom of Cristoria in June 2022.
New Toledo has proven to be very important to Cristorian culture as it houses not only the Monarch, but also vital Cristorian documents such as the constitution, parliamentary bills and laws, and even the only physical flag of Cristoria to exist, a three by five flag that hangs over HM King Christopher I's window alongside his blinds.
Saturnia
Saturnia is the youngest state in the Cristorian union (or pact). Founded during the Tranquility Era of the Kingdom of Cristoria on 6 November 2022, the State of Saturnia is relatively new to the Cristoriam union, making funding and representation significantly superior than an older state.
As a result of being an incredibly new state, it has no official history aside from its partial retention of the Royal Cristorian Space Force alongside the Cristorian government. However, Saturnia has developed its own unique attributes, providing continued astronomical research and photographs to the Cristorian public and government. In addition to being a young state, Saturnia is the only state in the Cristorian union to of never been attacked physically. Saturnia is the second biggest state in the Cristorian union, only second to New Toledo.

States
States in the Kingdom of Cristoria are political entities that have statehood and that are apart of the wider Cristorian union. They are typically constituent political entities which share its sovereignty with the federal government or union. In all Cristorian states, the leader is a Duke or Duchess, however they act as figureheads opposed to political leaders, which is indifferent to the . This title is hereditary and exclusive entirely to members of the House of Sanctuarium (Cristorian royal family).
Governance
Alongside the Duke or Duchess, there is also the position of Governor, which is the highest role achievable in Cristorian states. The governor is responsible for the day-to-day administration of any given state. They are often elected by the citizens of the state and serve a fixed term that align with that of the Prime Minister. The governors role is constituted by the needed role to maintain order and continuity of government when the Cristorian government and the duke or duchess are absent or unable to perform their duties.
Sovereignty
As part of the Cristorian union and tbe Kingdom of Cristoria collectively, states have a certain degree of autonomy but also have obligations to the royal government compared to enclaves. The states typically have their own constitution, laws, and judiciary, but these must be in harmony with the royal constitution and laws. If chosen not to establish their own documents, states can adhere to the Cristorian constitution and law. The state also sends representatives to Parliament of Cristoria, more specifically to the House of Scribes, to participate in the decision-making process at the parliamentary level.
Enclaves
Enclaves that are under the banner of the Kingdom of Cristoria are territories that are geographically disconnected from the mainland. The monarch of Cristoria has political power over enclaves as they are essentially states and under Cristorian authority, however they are treated more independently opposed to territories with statehood. Enclaves have the same governance structure as states, however lack the ability to participate in the parliamentary process such as sending representatives to Parliament.
Autonomous Cristorian Republics
Introduced officially in on 18 April 2023 under the Socialist Republic of Cristoria, Autonomous Cristorian Republics are republics that have declared autonomy with the Cristorian government and that have been approved by the Parliament of Cristoria[15] On 6 February 2023 however, under the Socialist Republic of Cristoria, the state of Scythia joined the Cristorian union as an Autonomous Cristorian Republic.[16] Although they utilize more republican forms or government, the Kingdom of Cristoria uses the structure of Autonomous Cristorian Republics as it was rounded in April 2023. On 22 May 2023, leader Lyrecode resigned from his position as leader of Scythia, leaving the autonomous republic vacant, suggesting that Christopher or an appointed leader take over, which never happened. As a result thereof and after 4 months of being vacant, former President Christopher announced the formal dissolution of Scythia on 3 September 2023.
Climate
Cristoria, in obviousness and due to the nature of being a micronation, shares its climate with its hosting city, that being Toledo. However, it has been planned that in the future, Cristoria will begin independently conducting its own weather reports to support the goal of self sustainability. Climate in the location of the Kingdom of Cristoria is relatively normal for its position on the globe. Cristoria experiences all four seasons and has the average weather of any location in North America.

Foreign Relations
The Kingdom of Cristoria offers two forms of diplomacy, those being mutual recognition and diplomatic relations. As a result, for the latter, an applying nation must fit criteria set forward by the monarch or the Parliament of Cristoria. The criteria involves certain population requirements, age requirements, and intermicronational peace levels. Typically in order to engage in diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Cristoria, aside from "close" nations that have historically positive relations with the micronation, it is difficult. Due to this, the Parliament of Cristoria has been more laid back on its policy regarding mutual recognition.[17]
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of foreign policy as the name suggests, however the Prime Minister and the Monarch can both chime in whenever they wish or entirely take the helm in regards to foreign policy if it is unanimously declared by both parties that the foreign minister is poorly doing their job.
National symbols
Cristoria has a myriad of national symbols to add onto its already unique character of being a micronation. Some symbols have been approved by past legislatures and passed on throughout various Cristorian renditions. As a result, national symbols are a very important piece to Cristorian history and are taken seriously amongst Cristorians.
National Flag
The national flag is the primary symbol of the Kingdom of Cristoria. Typically, the flag is the sole symbol used to represent Cristoria when the rest of the symbols are absent. There have been a myriad of flags flown throughout Cristorian history, however they have all have had, at the least, a unique royal blue aspect to them. Historically, the Flag of Cristoria is the most respected and protected national symbol. As a result, enemy states have used the Cristorian flag in a dishonorable way for propaganda.
The Blue Banner
The most notable flag, The Blue Banner, is a tricolor flag that consists of royal blue, white, and gray. The flag was designed by HM King Christopher I on 6 August 2021 following the dissolution of the Empire of Cristoria, however it wasn't until 2 November 2021 that the tricolor was officially adopted. Historically and in present time, The Blue Banner has been the most common and notable symbols of Cristoria.
In addition to its relevance to Cristorian histiey, The Blue Banner is the only flag that has existed physically. The first copy of The Blue Banner in its physical form resides in the bedroom of Christopher I and serves as an additional set of blinds alongside the actual blinds.
The Blue Banner is the longest serving national flag under any Cristorian rendition and is a well respected symbol as a result. In conflicts such as the Cristoro-Huntian Cold War and the War on Gorthalism, The Blue Banner had always been a symbol of hope and a beacon of democracy to Cristorians and hence gives motivation to Cristorians to fight for it.
Coat of arms
The coat of arms, the second most common symbol behind the national flag, is a crucial piece to Cristorian identification. The current coat of arms, designed by HM King Christopher I on October 2023 after writing the 2023 constitution, is the symbol used on documents, royal decrees, and even shown on podiums and gavels that politicians affiliated with the Cristorian government speak at.
The coat of arms is housed within a mantle that is topped with the Cristorian crown. Within the mantle lays two angels, one holding both a sword and a scale, representing justice. The other angel is seen holding a sword and a basket of fruit. These angels, symbolizing their duties as messengers of God, help further the advancement of Cristorian belief in Judaism. Above the angels is a Northern Cardinal, representing Cristoria's national bird and Cristorian symbols. Below all of this great detail lays the Cristorian throne, whereas on a soft pillow lays the Constitution of Cristoria, showing obedience to the Cristorian way of government. Below the throne lays the words מסורת" ושינוי", which is Hebrew for "tradition and change". Below, lays the word "כריסטוריא", which is also Hebrew, except for "Cristoria".
National Bird
Cristoria's national bird is the Northern Cardinal. The bird is red and black. It can typically be found in Southeastern Canada, Eastern United States, Mexico, Belize, and Guatemala.[18] The Northern Cardinal has remained as the national bird of Cristoria since after the Cristoro-Huntian Cold War and has since been another common symbol to Cristorian identification.
National Animal
Cristoria's national animal is the Tortoiseshell cat. The type of cat is quite pricy and can be bought at the price of $1,000-2,000.[19] A cat represents Cristoria due to vigilance, peace, and aggression when agitated.
National Dish
Cristoria's national dish is currently Beef, as it is seen as the most enjoyed and seen dish within the Kingdom of Cristoria. Beef is the most seen being imported and exported via the United States, making it the national dish and food. However, in some private talks with Christopher I, it is rumored that Ramen, a Japanese noodle dish of Chinese origin, may replace it, due to its simplicity, inexpensive in the Western world, meaning it could be easily imported and exported at large amounts, and its uniqueness.
National Drink
Cristoria's national drink is Coca-Cola, as it is the most imported and exported drink in the micronation. The drink is a soda which is based in the United States[20], however it is declared as Cristoria's national drink. Coca-Cola was also the national drink under the 2021 government of the Kingdom of Cristoria and even both the Republic of Cristoria and the Socialist Republic of Cristoria. Coca-Cola is the obligated beverage to christen ships that are under the Cristorian flag and or were built in Cristoria, differing from most macronations, whom use champagne as a christening beverage. One could argue Coffee could qualify as the national drink, but Coca-Cola is more seen being imported and exported.
National Anthem
Cristoria's national anthem is Humanity's Hope, made by Israeli-American, Inon Zur. The anthem was chosen as it aims to give a scientific, professional, and calming feel to the micronation. The song was also used as a sound track for a faction named the "Institute" in the game Fallout 4.[21]
Humanity's Hope has been the national anthem since the initial founding of the Kingdom of Cristoria in August 2021 and has remained the national anthem since then across all Cristorian renditions. Humanity's Hope was declared the national anthem by royal decree in September 2021 by Christopher I to pay respects to his childhood video game, Fallout.
National Holidays
Holidays, which play a crucial role in Cristorian culture, are taken very seriously. Cristoria celebrates (albeit not listed) all Jewish holidays such as Hanukkah or Shavuot.
