Mille Lacs Lake
Mille Lacs Lake (also called Lake Mille Lacs or Mille Lacs) is a large but shallow lake in the U.S. state of Minnesota. It is located in the counties of Mille Lacs, Aitkin, and Crow Wing, roughly 75 miles north of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area.[1]
The first micronational colony established was the Colony of Vineland, founded by Ruby Specht I of Schpecktenia. It would later become one of the regions of Schpecktenia. Next, the former nation Roekistan founds a colony. The colony is now a part of Minnesota. After Roekistan, Liveno founded their Colony of Garrison. Ghurklas founded the Colony of Nichols, which Schpecktenia would later annex in 9 July 2023. The Kingdom of Aldonia, Republic of New York, Oakforvian Empire, TDC Empire, Seluvian Empire, Abyei Republic, Daisyland, and the Weird States of Susk found their colonies.
Pelican Lake
On 21 February 2023, the nations would begin to colonize Pelican Lake. An issue started with the Breezy Point Colony, a territory both Schpecktenia and Ghurklas claimed. Schpecktenia threatened to attack Ghurklas, Ruby Specht I later stated the threats were not serious. Ghurklas took the threats seriously, and declared war. Although Schpecktenia let Ghurklas have the Breezy Point Colony, Ghurklas wanted to go to war. The conflict was resolved after the TDC Empire negotiated with the two nations to make peace. Due to the threats, all Ghurklas peoples were banned from entering Schpecktenia. [2]
Ghurklas Colonies Abandoned
On 3 March 2023, Ghurklas stated that they no longer wanted the colonies. On 7 July 2023, Schpecktenia physically annexed the Breezy Point Colony and the Colony of Nichols.
