Lendolla area is one of areas of Rank Republic of Bolgajna

The origin of its name comes from the word holtmező or Koponya mező, which is derived from the juniper landscape. This is probably due to the fact that this is a hunting area surrounded by hunting ambushes. It is not uncommon to find animal bones in the meadow. In its northernmost part, there is a connected forest consisting of a few trees, but this has no economic significance. Scattered on its large meadow, you can find islands with trees and bushes, which are often visited due to the fruits of hawthorn, rosehip, barberry and sedge. Lendolla's famous and nowadays symbol of the province's rowan tree also beautifies the exceptionally beautiful landscape of the Koponya Mező.
