The 1st Vishwamitra-Conference of Santiago Heads of State Summit Meeting was the first meeting between the members states of the Conference of Santiago which involved all member states outside of the Brazilian sector. It took place on 4 July 2022 with Vishwamitra being the host nation. The Rashtradhyaksh Varuna Sriraya was the Chair of the meet and joined from the national capital along with Princess Sarala, the Regent of Purvanchal.

Logo
The logo of the summit was designed by Vishwamitran national Quintus De Vitaliis. The logo contained a peacock, the national bird of Vishwamitra which is also a symbolism of the culture and heritage of Vishwamitra along with the armillary sphere which is a symbol of the conference and an important objective among the Portuguese speaking community. The logo also contained the flags of all member states of the conference and the text representing the information regarding the event.
Sequence
The summit meeting began at 7:30 pm IST (2:00 pm UTC). The host of the event was Princess Sarala, the Regent of Purvanchal. The meeting began with the Royal anthem. The schedule of events are as follows:
- Opening remarks by the Rashtradhyaksh
- Remarks by the Secretary-General, the King of Ebenthal
- Remarks from heads of state
- Informal talks
- Remarks by W. Pranit Singh, Minister of State, Vishwamitra
- Vote of thanks by Farhaz Hazarika, Prime Minister of Vishwamitra
The summit drew to an end with the national anthem and the clicking of an official photograph.
