The State of the Union Address is an annual address to the Arstotzkan Union performed by the head of state of the Arstotzkan Union. The practice has been standard and is followed by customary law and not by written law.

The first State of the Union address was performed by President Ethan Brinkman on 22 August 2019, three hours after the establishment of the nation. Although the text has been lost, the document informed the newly elected National Assembly to form a national guard from the new defense force to protect the infant nation. Since then two more State of the Union address have followed, these known as Arstotzka 2020 and Union21.

The year 2022 was the first in which there was no State of the Union address, however it was the first since 2019 that the Federal Assembly was properly assembled.
