The Sports Committee of Arlandica is an Arlandican government agency under the Ministry of Home Affairs responsible for maintaining and administering sports related activities in the kingdom. The agency is responsible for facilitating sporting arenas and ventures to the people and also the one who hosts various sporting events in Arlandica.
Arlandica is currently a member of the Micronational Olympic Federation, allowing the country to send delegates to compete with other micronations during international Olympic games. E-sports, chess, basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, and other traditional Philippine games are common sports played in the country.
History
The agency is the successor of the Lebetaryan Sports Committee. Prior to Lémarita's admission into Arlandica in July 2022, the predecessor agency had already hosted some sports events, such as the Accande Terrie Ornindo Games, Lebetaryan Summer Games, and Lebetaryan Rainy Games. These events were partially successful.
However, since Lémarita's admission into Arlandica, or even since the country's foundation, there have been no sports events that Arlandica has hosted or participated in. There are plans for the agency to host local games within Arlandica.
Facilities
There are facilities under the partial or entire control of the agency, which are utilized for various events and activities. The following is a list of sports facilities:
