The Rusilkian Security Alliance, aka the Chernogorsk Pact is a micronational intergovernmental organization led by the Rusilkian Federation. The RSA was started as a mutual defense agreement as well as a mutual alliance between the member states of the RSA.

History

The Rusilkian Security Alliance was created on April 8th, 2024 in response to a brewing conflict between the Rusilkian Federation, Dunjakistan, Shaheenistan and another micronation in the Long Island Sector.

Requirements

According to a statement made by Jack C, Manager of the RSA and President of the Rusilkian Federation, the requirements to join the Rusilkian Security Alliance are:

  • Have an active military, or any sort of fighting force.

There are no requirements to join the RSA as an observer state.
