The Republic Of Lipiev (Polish: Republika Lipiewska) commonly known as Lipie, is a country located in Central Europe. Lipie has a population of 49. Morkovice is the nation's capital, largest city is Creciol.
Lipie shares a border with Poland on all sides.
Etymology
History
First Republic of Lipiev was created on 15 March 2019 from the former fallen Republic Of Mingoly (2017–2019). The name was then changed to the Democratic Republic Of Lipiev which was used from 2020 to 2021 Since the beginning of the pandemic (2020–2021), border controls and more restrictive border crossing rules have been intensified.
In 2021, when the partially new constitution was ratified, the country's name was changed to the Republic of Lipiev.
From 2022 the Republic Of Lipiev abolished border controls with Poland and applied the policy of open borders. For a long time, the republic of lipiev did not have any foreign relations until the 2021 constitution change.
Politics and government
Lipie is currently an democracy multi-party parliament republic, with legislative body known as the Senate and Izba Narodowowa. Most authority in the country is holded by Senate. There are three parties in the country and one ruling party. Obecnie na czele stoi 11 ministerstw. Obecnie partią rozszerzoną jest partia - Congress of the Right
Political parties
In the past, there was only a one-party system in the Republics. Every citizen can create a party, as specified in the constitution. For a party to take power, it needs an absolute majority of seats 200 and 50 in the senate. Currently, there are three parties, one of which is in power.
Law
The Constitution of Lipie is the enacted supreme law. The current constitution was adopted by the Senate on 18 August 2020; it guarantees a Parliamentary republic (but in times of war or other threats, the president exercises full power over the state) with freedoms of religion, speech and assembly. In the area of Lipie The penal code applies a citizen who breaks the law. Presidential decrees, laws passed by the Senate or the national chamber, and resolutions by local government authorities are binding. The state does not collect taxes from citizens - this is one of the privileges for residents.

From 2021, compulsory military service is valid and lasts one year. The president is the supreme commander of the armed forces. by 2030, the government plans to increase the number of active personnel to 100 and increase and modernize the equipment used by the military. The city of Creciol has the largest and most modern base. Military is still under construction.

The current form of the constitution dates back to 2020. The president ordered a reform to current standards in 2021. with the consent of the senate and the president, the constitution is constantly updated.

Foreign relations
From 2021 officially (after changing the constitution) the republic of lipiev began to establish relations between other nations. Republic of Lipiev, will not establish any diplomatic relations with any so-called "terrorist" and fascist state. In terms of foreign relations in the Republic of Lipiev, there are institutions "Ministry of Foreign Affairs". Relations with the outside world are provided by these authorized institutes.
