Province of Lansri

Lansri (Thai: ลานศรี), officially the Province of Lansri (Thai: จังหวัดลานศรี) is a province located in Lanthai. It is also the province where the capital city of Lanthai, Lansri City.

History

After the establishment of Lanthai, people began to realise that the country as no subdivisions. At the time, the country uses the de jure form of subdivision, municipalities; Which takes in control of the subdivision role, temporarily. The Vice president, Vincent Montaganti, has taken notice of the situation. He proposed the idea of using the same subdivision as Thailand's, provinces. A vote was held and the results for "Yes" won.

After the establishment of the provinces, the government noted that each provinces must contain a custom type of an inner subdivision, "Adminstrative Municipalities" (Simply semi-autonomous municipalities)
