The premier of Clivestan is the head of government of the People's Democratic Republic of Clivestan, the chairman of the state customs service and full member of the Milli Ganesh, Mejlis and Halk Maslahaty.
The incumbent premier, Benjamin McShane, has held the position since 1 August 2021. He is the first and only premier.
The premier of Clivestan is a member of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Assembly) and is appointed by a direct popular vote held every six months. The Mejlis of Clivestan nominate the premier candidate of the People's Democratic Party of Clivestan, the dominant ruling party since 1 August 2021 which routinely has a vast majority in parliament.
