Pollisville is a former city as well as the former capital of the Kingdom of Smlosa in the County of Davis County. It was officially chartered as separate on the 15th of April 2019, before this division. Pollisville was known simply as Pollisville and had been the declared capital since 2021, before being succeeded by the Kingdom of Kolsburg.
It is the former residence of the Smlosian Monarch King Luis Treece III, and as such was the Largest City of the Smlosa As the city, it also served as the Headquarters of the Royal Smlosian Postal Service and the Central Bank of Smlosa.
The passing of the Proclamation Act 2017 disestablished and relinquished the city of Pollisville to United States

On April 15, 2017 Luis Treece announced the formation of a flag for the province & city, which previously as its primary flag. It consists of a 2:4 Ratio Green Background with Yellow and Red vertical lines on each side.
