The People's Technology Development Agency, officially known as Agensi Rakyat Pengembangan Teknologi or ARPT, was an independent center for theoretical research, technological development, and intellectual inquiry of Democratic Republic of Sunda Raya. The Supreme Workers Council established the People's Technology Development Agency (ARPT) in March, 2014 with a distinctly civilian (rather than military) orientation encouraging peaceful applications in science. The National Technological Development Act was passed on March 5, 2014. The new agency became operational on March 7, 2014.

History

The Supreme Workers Council established the People's Technology Development Agency (ARPT) in March, 2014 by passing the National Technological Development Act on March 5, 2014 as an answer to an urgent demand in technological development and innovation. The majority in the Council argued the technological development and innovation is one of the fundamental necessity in developing the socialism phase. Therefore, a state-owned agency for developing technology is needed.

Scientific Research

The Underwater ROV developed by the navy of The Sunda Raya People's Army in cooperation with People's Technology Development Agency and Robotic 28.

The People's Technology Development Agency had made some technological breakthrough. It had conducted some scientific research in various fields such as IT, Robotics, Applied Chemistry, and Ballistics. Although it is a research center for civillian purposes, it had made cooperation with Sunda Raya People's Army in developing some vehicle for military purposes, such as Underwater ROV, and landmine detection vehichle.

Facilities

There are three main facilities possessed by the People's Technology Development Center, which located in Komune Bandung Raya, Komune Cilandak, and Komune Pasming.
