Novotodivsk (Russian: Новотодивск) is a the capital city of the District of Central Todia. The city houses the largest minority group in Todia (Russians) and is the only city in Todia (alongside with Ruva) which doesn't use Catalan as official language. It is the third largest city in the country, with a population of four.
