The position of Lord High Chancellor is the second of the Great Officers of State of the Revalian Kingdom, nominally ranking beneath the Lord High Steward and above the Lord High Treasurer.
The office is mostly ceremonial, although the Lord High Chancellor has a seat in the cabinet. The Lord High Chancellor is appointed by the King on the advice of the Prime Minister. Usually the King appoints the Prime Minister or another member of the cabinet. The office is currently held by Paul Koff, the nation's Prime Minister.
